As all products are handmade, please allow the time needed to prepare your order for dispatch. The usual times are as follows. Customised orders may take a little longer.

• Cards - 2 to 3 working days, plus shipping time.
• Frames & Wreaths - 5 to 10 working days, plus shipping time.

Delivery within the UK

• Cards - Royal Mail 1st Class - Usually 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.
• Cards - Royal Mail 2nd Class - Usually 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
• Frames & Wreaths - Evri - Usually 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.

Delivery to Europe, USA and Australia.

• Cards - International Standard - Usually 6 to 7 working days from dispatch.

Refunds

For a full refund, please cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.

Personalised items cannot be refunded outside of this 24 hour timeframe due to the time and cost of materials already incurred to begin preparing your order.
